This shop has the most beautiful and unique plants in the world (although I think each plant is unique, but you know what I mean :) ). It was possible to arrange to send the package the following week-as I ordered the plants at the end of a week and I didn´t want them to travel through weekend. The package was shipped on Monday from NL to CZ and I received it on Tuesday! Plants were packed very well and in a very good condition. One was actually much bigger than I thought. I´m very satisfied with this shop and I recommend it.

The plants arrived in perfect conditions but the Melanochrysum was not similar to the one in the pictures. They sent me a very mature plant, which may be ok for other person but I was hopping to get a younger plant as the one that is showed on the pictures which I love more because of the heart shaped leaves. A picture of the actual plant when they sell rare and expensive plants will be appreciated, it is a big investment of money and we should be able to choose the plant. If I knew my melano was gonna look like the one I got I wouldn’t have spent the money on it.

wide range of plants. They looked good when they arrived, although some leaves were damaged, especially with the watermelon peperomia. But they recovered fast, so no need to worry!

I bought a peperomia watermelon and a baby begonia, and the first one was arrived in very bad condition, maybe she suffered the few light, i won't buy anymore, i don't even like the shipping type, those plastic wraps create too much humidity and suffocate the plants
Also the baby begonia haven’t a good status

Everything is great and plants are beautiful as always, just my pilea mojito was very wet and cold, so few leaves rotted and fallen off, but I think it will bounce back. Thanks!

Both plants arrived dead because of the cold weather but the Plnts-team were amazing, I got a refund asap and it was a nice contact.

The plant was in a very bad condition :(

To be fair everything was perfect except for the plant, also expected for a plant shipped in January, package took 3 days, heat pack probably stopped working for at least 12 hours.
Could have been better insulated in a styrofoam box or so. 2 out of 3 leaves died, plant yet to survive with one leaf, let's see.
Communication/ Support was perfect and they offered 50% payback on what I paid, so fair enough. I would generally not order in winter or for PLTS.com styrofoam boxes + wrapping + heatpack should avoid similar problems in the future.
